This printer is in good used condition cosmetically. While we were trying to test it, the yellow print cartridge would not pick up (even with new ink). We pulled out the print head and it appears that where the cartridge connects is MISSING a prong. We believe this printer will need a replacement print head to help it work properly. It does not come with ink. We were not able to test any functions of the printer due to the yellow cartridge error. The printer is being sold as-is - in need of major repair.
