MacBook Pro A1278 MC375LLA (Older) - READ

This is a refurb I bought off of eBay in 2019. All information is listed on picture 8. The MAIN issue is that the lithium battery the refurb company installed swoll to the point of cracking the touch pad.
I am currently bypassing the battery with the power cord, which comes with the extension, of course. The battery is simple to replace, product # A1322
