Device is functional, but has severe wear on the edges. Regardless of the wear, it is fully functional without any issues.
It is region free, plays US cartridges with no issues. All buttons respond and the touch screen has no dead spots.

Due to all of the above, the console is being sold AS IS FOR ''PARTS'' REGARDLESS OF WHAT FUNCTIONALITY IT PRESENTLY HAS.
